Support packages are tailored to the individual service user and delivered by one of our support workers for up to two years. Services vary widely but can include help with budgeting and finances, signposting or other services such as confidence building and social skills. In Mansfield the service is available to the over 60's or anyone over 40 years of age with physical and/or sensory impairments.

It is sometimes described as a form of cerebral palsy, and the effects are similar to those of a stroke HemiHelp provides information and support to its members through a variety of different channels.

REACH-The Association for Children with Hand or Arm Deficiency
Each year, babies are born in the UK missing part of one or both arms and hands. Added to these are a small number of children who lose limbs or parts of limbs due to traumatic incidents or necessary surgery. For many of the families of these children it is the first time that they will have come across such a disability. 'Reach' aims to provide the affected families with the opportunity to get together, share experiences and information about what to do (or not to do) and where to go for advice regarding treatment and to help them realise that they are not alone.
